Coming back to Melbourne to pay homage to my first born on his 21st anniversary of being earth-side soon…..and a week later..Uncle Shane Charles and I building the container of Knowing Country for the Regenerative Futures event as part of the national Sustainable Living Festival.
I know there have been times when I have ‘sustained’ a relationship with that beautiful young man, my son, but it really hums and the best in both of us comes out when we are in a regenerative state. This is where life lives.
Do you want to sustain? OR do you want to regenerate (you and what happens within your skin, or maybe what is external to your skin).
I’m loving moving with purpose, looking after my internal nest while cognisant, respectful and weaving of most things external to me. Immensely grateful that there is not too much I actively avoid in my life due to some careful pruning and a thirst to understand. Was with a breathtaking two year old today…she kept asking ‘what’s this’, ‘what’s this’. I’m no longer that receptive but still retain a spark.
Giving my gorgeous accountant all the details I need to stay legal and functional is probably the least of my joys….but it provides a certain satisfaction. Better hop to it!
