Moving with Purpose

I walk like a country girl, eyes to the horizon, scanning and open to possibilities. Not fast, yet from my perspective not slow. Comfort within ones skin such an enabler for a complete experience earth side.

Being able to resonant with the essence of self; what lights you up and brings you joy is such a privilege. It creates alignment and the ability to move with purpose in all the ways we understand existence; physically, spiritually, environmentally, economically and so on…all whilst being nested in Country.

For me weaving together new strands from the potentials around me into a tapestry of beauty, function and life is an act of sacred evolution – pattern recognition and recalibration that yields peace and vitality within my skin.

Cultural Regeneration – a weaving together of Cultural Literacy (systems of Knowing), Cultural Respect (systems of Being) and Cultural Safety (systems of Doing) as an intentional Australian is an overarching enabler and motivation for me.

We have such profound wisdoms, joy and life from our many First Nations that continue to be strong, proud and respectful custodians of Country. We enjoy much enrichment from those with lineages from across the waters, invaders, settlers, migrants, refugees and their descendants- everyone needs to play a role in cultural regeneration. I chose to contribute to a future of healing, growth and mutual discovery. One of the ways I’ve been able to make this real is showing a documentary on the colonisation of Gippsland. This clip captures the first screening I was involved in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cQb8ln3kgkE

It is such a privilege to play and weave with these dynamic forces, whilst nested in reciprocity with Country. Big swoon as I move with biorhythms that inform, govern and nourish life!
